For referrals submitted during these times, the Renal SpR will respond within an hour.

You will receive notifications of all updates from the renal SpR.

Referrals can be submitted on this portal outside these hours, in which case they will be responded to by 9 am following day.

Please contact the renal SpR via Lister Hospital Switchboard (01438 314333) if:

• You need an urgent response, which cannot wait for the ~1-hour response time.

• There is an urgent query, and you don’t get a response within an hour.

• Referrals after 8 pm, which cannot wait for next morning’s response.
